Staying Warm
Staying warm means stay active, even on your rest days. Being inactive allows the body to go cold, and the colder the body is the more likely you are to be injured during training days.
Do these exercise routines everyday as a warmup and cooldown whether you are working out or not. The focus of these exercise routines are to target the joints which in turn targets the muscles and ligaments. Run these exercise routines on a 7-day cycle where one day is a free day where you can choose whichever of the exercises you’d like to repeat.
Joint Alignment
Correction of muscular imbalances that misalign joints in states of overactivity and underactivity.
Joint Circulation
Increasing the blood flow for proper circulation in the joints.
Joint Stabilization
Improving the core muscles to enhance stabilizing the body under different stressors. The core muscles will resonate out to all the joints of the body via the human kinetic chain.
Joint Flexibility
The range of motion for the joints under various circumstances.
Joint Strenghtening
Strengthening the muscles and ligaments around the joints.
Joint Absorption
Practicing the handling and transferring of inital explosive force and inertial external forces.
Joint Neuro-connectivity
The mind-body neurological link that connects the brain and the joints to ensure proper execuutionof more challenging maneuvers.
Joint Ergnomics
Practicing specific functional movements subjected onto the joints as a routine pattern.
